Process improvement and digital transformation consulting

Before you buy a system or a machine, find out where the money actually leaks. We measure your operations with real numbers and give you a roadmap ordered by priority and return.

What we deliver

Decisions built on measurement, not impression

The worst investment is an excellent solution to a problem that was never the real one.

  • Mapping the current workflow — Documenting processes as they actually run, from order to collection, with every department involved.
  • Measuring performance indicators — Cycle time, waste rate, downtime hours, inventory accuracy and monthly close duration.
  • Identifying bottlenecks — Where work actually stalls, where errors accumulate, and what each point costs per year.
  • Estimating return per initiative — Opportunities ranked by financial impact against implementation cost and difficulty.
  • A phased roadmap — A 12–24 month plan that begins with quick wins that fund the heavier phases.
  • A requirements document — A specification you can use to request offers from any vendor, protecting you from incomparable quotes.
  • Implementation oversight — Following the plan through and reviewing indicators periodically after it starts.
Who it is for

This service fits if

  • You sense waste but cannot locate it — Profit does not track sales volume and you have no numerical explanation.
  • You have several offers and no basis to choose — Every vendor is convincing about their own solution.
  • You are planning significant expansion — A new branch or line, and you want the right foundation before doubling in size.
  • A previous project underdelivered — A system that went unused or an automation project that did not deliver what was promised.
  • You want a neutral opinion — Someone who measures and recommends without selling being the primary objective.
How we work

Our delivery method

1

Scoping session

Understanding your objectives, the boundaries of the study, and what you would consider success.

2

Fieldwork

Visits, interviews and real measurement on the plant floor, not from a desk.

3

Analysis

Turning observations into numbers and costing each bottleneck annually.

4

Report and recommendations

Findings presented to management with options ranked by priority and return.

5

Roadmap

A phased implementation plan with indicative budget and success indicators.

Why the study comes before the purchase

Sometimes a plant contacts us having already chosen the solution: "we need an ERP" or "we need to automate the filling line." In a meaningful share of cases the study finds the larger problem elsewhere entirely — in inventory accuracy, in the purchasing cycle, or in the absence of a written quality standard. Buying the originally requested solution would then have been an investment in the wrong place.

A study is not a delay; it is insurance. Its cost is a small fraction of a project executed in the wrong direction, and its output stays useful even if you implement with someone else.

What we measure

IndicatorWhat it reveals
Cycle time per stageWhere production actually stalls and what sets the line's pace
Waste and reject rateHow much material becomes loss, and precisely where
Downtime hours and causesWhether the issue is equipment, planning or supply
Inventory accuracyThe gap between system and physical count, and its planning impact
Monthly close durationHow quickly financial information reaches decision makers
Order-to-cash cycleTime from order to delivery to collection

What you receive

  • A written current-state report backed by measured numbers.
  • Bottlenecks ranked by estimated annual cost.
  • Treatment options per bottleneck with cost, return and duration.
  • A phased 12–24 month roadmap.
  • A requirements document usable with any vendor.
  • A management presentation of findings and recommendations.
FAQ

Questions clients ask

How long does an operations assessment take?

It depends on facility size and department count, and is fixed in the scoping session before we begin.

Is the study free?

The initial assessment visit and short report are free. A detailed study with full field measurement is a separate engagement scoped and priced in advance.

Are we obliged to implement with you?

No. The output is yours and can be implemented with any party — we deliberately write the requirements document to be vendor-neutral.

What if the recommendation is to buy nothing?

We say so plainly. Sometimes the fix is a process change with no capital spend at all.

Ready to start?
