Our work and the projects we deliver

We keep our clients confidential, so we do not publish names. What follows is a straightforward picture of the kinds of projects we take on and how we handle each — from first assessment through to post go-live support.

Project types

Six kinds of projects we deliver

Each one sets out the situation a client arrives with, what we actually do, and what we aim to reach.

Project type

ERP implementation for a mid-sized plant

Situation: Production and inventory managed on separate spreadsheets, with product cost estimated rather than calculated.

What we do: Process study, configuration of manufacturing, inventory, purchasing and accounting in Odoo, migration of products, suppliers and opening balances, then training and post go-live accompaniment.

Target outcome: One source of truth, manufacturing cost built from actual materials and hours, and a faster monthly close.

Project type

Automating a bottleneck stage

Situation: A line running below target because one manual stage sets the pace for everything downstream.

What we do: Cycle time measured per stage, the bottleneck identified numerically, a partial automation solution designed for it, then supply, installation, programming and commissioning.

Target outcome: Higher line capacity without extending the building, and more consistent quality between shifts.

Project type

Supplying and installing a new production line

Situation: A capacity expansion needing equipment that works together rather than separate pieces from unrelated suppliers.

What we do: Specification derived from the product and target capacity, a specification document, supplier offer evaluation, pre-shipment inspection, import and clearance, then installation, commissioning and training.

Target outcome: A line running to a written, agreed specification with warranty, spares and defined post-handover support.

Project type

Connecting machines to the business system

Situation: A plant with a working system and working machines, but numbers moving between them by hand at the end of each shift.

What we do: Survey of data sources in controllers and counters, building the integration, automatic inventory updates per batch, and a live management dashboard.

Target outcome: Double entry eliminated, and output and downtime known in real time instead of through a late report.

Project type

Preventive support and maintenance agreement

Situation: Recurring faults handled reactively, with costly stoppages at peak times.

What we do: Equipment and fault-history survey, a preventive maintenance schedule, definition of wear parts to hold in stock, and an agreement with written response times and periodic fault reporting.

Target outcome: A shift from repairing failures to preventing them, and less unplanned downtime.

Project type

Operations assessment before investing

Situation: Management considering a system or machine purchase and needing confidence the spend goes to the right place.

What we do: Field measurement of cycle time, waste, downtime and inventory accuracy, identification of bottlenecks and their annual cost, and a roadmap ranked by return with a requirements document.

Target outcome: An investment decision grounded in numbers, and a plan that starts with what pays for itself.

Important note: the above describes the nature and method of the work; it is not a claim of specific numerical results. Any return figures we give you are calculated from actual measurement of your own facility during the assessment phase.
Sectors

Sectors we work in

Each sector has different priorities, and we build the solution around them rather than around a template.

Manufacturing plants

Production, filling and packaging lines, where consistent quality and cycle time are the daily battle.

Plastics industries

Moulding, injection and extrusion, highly sensitive to waste rate and raw material consumption.

Food manufacturing

Batch traceability, shelf life and line hygiene requirements alongside productivity.

Logistics and supply

Warehouses and stock movement, where accuracy of quantities and locations matters more than speed alone.

Contracting and trading

Projects, contracts and purchase orders, needing cost tied to the project rather than only to the month.

Service companies

Contracts, recurring tasks and invoicing, with a need for a clear and timely financial picture.

How we work

What you get on every project

  • A written scope — A document stating what will and will not be delivered, so no clause surprises you later.
  • A phased timeline — Clear delivery dates per phase rather than a general promise.
  • An itemised proposal — Cost per line item, and what is included and excluded.
  • Documentation and training — Concise guides and hands-on training for your team, not a handover and goodbye.
  • Post go-live support — Intensive accompaniment in the first weeks, with an ongoing agreement available after.
FAQ

Questions about our work

Can we see your client names?

We keep our clients confidential and do not publish their names or project details. At an advanced stage of discussion a reference can be arranged with the client's consent.

Do you have experience in our sector?

We work with manufacturing, plastics, food, logistics, contracting and services. Tell us your line of business and we will say plainly how close it is to our experience.

How do we start if our project resembles one of these?

Get in touch and mention the closest project type. We will arrange a free assessment visit that ends with a scope and a clear proposal.
