This policy describes exactly what smartdomain.sa collects and what it does not. It was written to match what the site actually does, rather than copied from a template.

What we collect

1. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, and approximate location at city level. We also record interactions such as clicking the WhatsApp or phone number, so we know which pages are genuinely useful. This tool uses cookies, and we have enabled IP anonymisation. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

2. Contact form

The contact form on this site does not send your details to any server of ours and does not store them. It assembles what you typed into a ready WhatsApp message that opens in your app; you decide whether to send it. Once sent, it is an ordinary WhatsApp conversation governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

3. Hosting logs

The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps the technical logs any web server keeps (IP address, request time, page requested) for operations and security.

4. Fonts

We load our typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when the page opens.

What we do not collect

  • No banking or payment card details — the site has no payment gateway.
  • No account creation and no passwords.
  • We do not sell your data or share it with commercial third parties.
  • No advertising or ad-tracking tools.

How to control this

  • Block analytics: disable cookies in your browser, or install the official Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • Private browsing: a private window prevents cookies persisting after you close it.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you and request its deletion. Since the site stores no personal data on our side, in practice this applies to WhatsApp conversations or correspondence you started with us. To request this, contact us using the details below.
