Industrial machinery and equipment supply

We help you choose the right machine before you buy it — specifications matched to your actual production, a vetted supplier, installation and commissioning, plus spare parts and support after handover.

What we deliver

The right choice matters more than the lowest price

A machine whose specification does not match your production costs you many times the price difference — in downtime, waste and spare parts you cannot source.

  • Specification from your real output — We calculate the capacity you actually need, the material type and target accuracy, preventing both over- and under-buying.
  • Supplier search and evaluation — Offers compared on specification, support and spare parts availability, not price alone.
  • Pre-shipment inspection — Verifying the machine matches the agreed specification before it leaves the supplier.
  • Import and customs clearance — Shipment, clearance and inland transport followed through to your gate.
  • Installation and commissioning — Installed, connected, tuned and trial-run under real load.
  • Training and documentation — Operator and maintenance training, an operating manual and a preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Spare parts and support — Critical spares secured and technical support continuing after handover.
Who it is for

We help most in these cases

  • A new line from scratch — You need equipment that works together, not separate pieces from unrelated suppliers.
  • Replacing ageing equipment — Breakdowns are frequent and spare parts are scarce or expensive.
  • Capacity expansion — Demand exceeds current output and you want capacity added deliberately.
  • Conflicting offers on the table — Quotes vary widely and the real difference between them is unclear.
  • A bad import experience before — A machine arrived off-spec or with no after-sales support.
How we work

Our delivery method

1

Requirement definition

A visit and study of your product, target capacity, floor space and available power.

2

Specification document

A clear technical spec sent to suppliers so offers become genuinely comparable.

3

Offer evaluation

Technical and commercial comparison including support, spares and lead time, with a reasoned recommendation.

4

Purchase and shipping

Contracting, production follow-up, pre-shipment inspection, import and clearance.

5

Installation and handover

Installation, trial run, training, and a documented handover with a maintenance plan.

The costliest mistake happens before the purchase

When a plant ends up with the wrong machine, the decision usually started from a supplier catalogue rather than from the plant's requirement. Catalogue capacity is measured under ideal conditions; raw material type changes performance considerably; and the accuracy on offer may be far beyond what you actually need, so you pay for capability you never use.

We start from your side, not the catalogue: what product, what material, what daily capacity, what space and power, and who will operate and maintain it. Those answers become a specification document, and offers are requested against it — so you are comparing like with like.

Clauses that belong in the contract

  • Detailed technical specification with capacity, accuracy and permitted materials — never a general description.
  • Pre-shipment inspection terms and who bears the cost of non-conformity.
  • Warranty scope and duration, explicitly including what is excluded.
  • Critical spare parts list with prices and lead times.
  • Training and documentation in a language your team reads, plus a maintenance schedule.
  • Support response time after handover.

Is the cheapest offer the best value?

Not always. Compare cost over the life of the machine rather than purchase price: energy consumption, waste rate, expected downtime, spare parts availability and price, and resale value. A machine that costs ten percent more but breaks down less and wastes less usually recovers the difference within months — and that is the comparison we run with you before recommending anything.

FAQ

Questions clients ask

Do you supply new machines only?

We focus on what fits your case and budget, and we set out plainly the warranty, spare parts and support risks of any option before you decide.

Do you handle import and customs clearance?

Yes, we follow shipping, clearance and transport to your plant and keep you updated at each stage.

What if the machine arrives off-specification?

That is why pre-shipment inspection and non-conformity terms go into the contract from the start, making supplier responsibility explicit.

Do you provide spare parts after handover?

Yes. Critical spares are defined in the contract and secured, with continuing technical support and a maintenance schedule.
